Savoy Cabbage Purple Rain

We are delighted to introduce this rare Veronese purple heirloom savoy cabbage, traditionally grown in the Italian countryside on the banks of the Adige river, a real find! It produces compact heads with an earthy, yet sweet flavour that works so well in soups, risottos and salads. But it’s so delicious that we just love to steam it and enjoy.
