Payment Details

Your data protection rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have several rights in relation to the Personal Data we hold about you. She Grows Veg Ltd will take reasonable steps to allow you to exercise these rights.

Your rights in relation to your data

You have the following rights, which you can exercise at any time:

• The right to object — to our processing of your Personal Data, including for direct marketing.

Where possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your personal data directly within your account settings. Your right to complain

Separately from the rights set out above, you have the right to complain about how we collect, use, store or otherwise process your Personal Data. We treat this as a distinct right and have set out below how to exercise it.

How to make a complaint to us

Under current data protection regulation, complaints about how we have handled your Personal Data must be raised with us in the first instance, so that we have the opportunity to investigate and put things right. You can raise a complaint with us by:

Please include as much detail as possible about your concern including dates, the Personal Data involved, and what you would like us to do to resolve it. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and to provide a full response within 30 days of receipt.

Escalating your complaint to the ICO

If, after we have responded to your complaint, you remain unhappy with the outcome, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) the UK’s independent supervisory authority for data protection.
