Sale of seeds

We aim to bring to a wide range of interesting and unusual seeds. We supply photography and video content to help you choose and grow your varieties. Some varieties may vary in performance or appearance slightly from the content we have supplied. That is mother nature at work and our content is intended as guidance only.

Price of goods

We retain the right to change pricing of our goods and services at any time without prior notification.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of order. This may be longer during bank holiday or festive periods.

Because of regulations due to Brexit regulatory complications we can only deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and the British Islands and Highlands. We can’t deliver abroad or to Rep. Ireland or N.Ireland. We very much hope this will change soon!

Our delivery charges are as follows:

1 pack of seeds £1.95 Royal Mail First Class
Seeds up to 20 packs – Royal Mail 48 Tracked £3.50
Seeds up to 20 packs – Royal Mail 24 Tracked £4.50
Seeds over 20 packs, over 3 gift packs & advent calendar – Royal Mail Small Parcel Tracked 48 £4.95

Refunds and returns

We very much hope you’re happy with your seed order. If we have made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we are very happy to help via [email protected].

If you would like to return your seeds, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them. All seed packs must be returned fully sealed and in their original packaging and state. When we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 working days if the packs are in good order.

Returns postage cost must be paid for yourself.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to germination issues because there are too many variables involved in growing. We carefully monitor our germination rates to offer the highest quality seeds possible to our customers.

Our offers are subject to availability, and are first come, first served.
Discounts and money off offers do not apply to postage and packing, gift voucher or gift bag purchases
Money off % are redeemable against seed purchases only
Money off % offers will state a clear end date for availability

Refer a friend

To receive your 10% discount for refer a friend you must complete the following steps in full:

Sign up for refer a friend via the form on the website
This will generate a single use code
Send the code to a friend
When the friend redeems the code you will receive an email with your own discount code
Redeem your 10% discount code against seed products [excludes gift vouchers, gift bags and postage and packing costs]

None of the above may be used by third parties without prior written approval from our company.

Liability

The total liability of She Grows Veg Ltd for any claim, however arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.

If you have a valid claim based on the poor condition or quality of your goods and you return them within a reasonable time, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement where possible.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We aim to keep the website up-to-date, but retain the right to update product information without notice.

Regulation

We are licensed by DEFRA to market seed. Our seed is intended for amateur use only.

Community Membership

By making a purchase from She Grows Veg Ltd via our online shop you are agreeing to become a member of the we grow community. This community has been created to allow us the time to bring some of our rarer seeds to the UK and eventually put them on the UK seed list. Putting a new type of seed on the seedlist is a very costly exercise and we are only small, so by joining the we grow community you are becoming part of our club which allows you to buy seed from us for amateur use in your garden, veg patch or allotment.
