Unfortunately we can only deliver our seed within the UK and cannot currently send to N. Ireland. We are working at being able to ship further afield. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear.

Please enter the code in the relevant box as you checkout.

You can select an option to add a fabric eco-friendly gift bag to your order at checkout and write a personalised message for us to include with the order. For gift items, we won’t put the sales invoice in the pack so that the recipient can’t see how much it cost.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We don’t accept cash, cheques or American Express.

You can’t change your order online after you’ve made payment. Please contact us to make changes at orders@shegrowsveg.com. If your order hasn’t been dispatched we should be able to help you. Orders already dispatched can’t be changed.

Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing orders@shegrowsveg.com. If the item hasn’t been dispatched, we can change the address for you.  If the order has been dispatched it will be delivered as entered at checkout.

Any seeds that are out of stock will show on the website. They will be sent to you as soon as they’re back in stock.

Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email almost immediately after you’ve paid and finished your order process. Sometimes these emails end up in junk folders, so please check there if you can’t find your confirmation.
