This is a truly unique modern heirloom pak choi with stems coloured in pale rose to vivid pink and purple. The leaves are slightly serrated and look wonderful in salads or a stirfry. This pak choi is quick growing, cold-hardy and slow to bolt, allowing for a long harvest window and making it a winner in our eyes.

Sow direct in well prepared ground in August and September. Sprinkle seed thinly in drills 15 cm apart and thin as necessary to leave up to 30 cm between the plants. You can use the thinnings as salad or garnish. Vivid Choi is fast growing and can be cut at about 3 weeks for baby leaf or 4 to 6 weeks after planting at full size.
Succession planting with give you a longer season, undercover sowings can also extend the growing season. You can also try a quick crop by sowing again in spring. Harvest by cutting individual leaves as required. Plants are very cold tolerant but Vivid Choi will not survive a heavy frost.

If you would like to return your seeds, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them. All seed packs must be returned fully sealed and in their original packaging and state. When we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 working days if the packs are in good order.
Returns postage cost must be paid for yourself.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to germination issues because there are too many variables involved in growing. We carefully monitor our germination rates to offer the highest quality seeds possible to our customers.
