Sowing Info

Soak seeds for 24 hours before sowing to aid germination. Sow indoors 2cm deep on their side at 25–28°C, germination can take up to 21 days so be patient. Keep warm and protected until after the last frost before moving to their final position.

Growing Info

Thrives in heat, so a polytunnel or greenhouse will get the best results. A vigorous climber, so give it plenty of support and vertical space. Harvest when fruits are firm and pearlescent white, the flavour mellows beautifully when cooked in stir-fries and soups.
