Red Flower Seeds

Who doesn’t love a bloody mary? This great little nasturtium has blood red flowers flecked with yellow. The leaves are great alternative to rocket, the flowers add finesse to salads or sweet dishes and the green seeds can be preserved and eaten like capers. What a hard working plant!
