Delivery

Please see our normal delivery terms below. Over the festive period, to guarantee that you receive your parcel in time for Christmas, please order by midday on Friday 19th December.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from Royal Mail for your order – please use this to trace and get updates on your order.

Orders will not be dispatched on 24/25/26th December as our team will be having a well earned break. As soon as we are back in the office we will be back to our normal fast dispatch times.

Delivery timing

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of order. This may be longer during bank holidays, Black Friday or festive periods. You will receive emails at each stage of your order being shipped and you will also receive a Royal Mail tracking number and link. Please use this to track your parcel.

Delivery locations

Because of regulations due to Brexit regulatory complications we can only deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and the British Islands and Highlands. We can’t deliver abroad or to Rep. Ireland or N.Ireland. We very much hope this will change soon!

Please note that gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to germination issues because there are too many variables involved in growing. We carefully monitor our germination rates to offer the highest quality seeds possible to our customers.
