A gorgeous chard variety with bright yellow/orange stems and green leaves that make it glow in the veg patch or ornamental borders alike. A frost tolerant heirloom once established, this can keep on giving with regular harvesting for nearly a year. There’s nothing better than steamed chard in many colours as an autumn or winter side dish.

Sow in module trays 1cm deep. Grow on in the greenhouse until plants reach a height of around 5cm after the last frost.
Ready to harvest in 50 days. Harvest regularly by selecting a few stems from each plant to promote fresh growth and to extend the cropping season. More mature plants become frost hardy and will generally survive winter meaning you’ll have a harvest into the next year.
