Mulberry Rose is the variety that stops people mid-weed. Pastel rose-pink blooms with that signature nigella wildness, feathery foliage, intricate petals, the kind of flower that looks like it seeded itself from somewhere more romantic than your back garden. A quiet show-off.
Average 150 seeds.

Best sown direct from March, or in Autumn for early blooms the following year. If starting indoors, sow 4 – 6 weeks before last frost. Scatter thinly into well-prepared soil, cover lightly, and water in. Germination takes 14–21 days
Thin seedlings to 20 cm spacing. Nigella dislikes being transplanted, so direct sowing is best. Drought tolerant once established. Harvest or deadhead regularly for continuous flowers, or leave seed pods to mature for drying. Final height 50cm.
