Sowing info

Fill a shallow tray with fine, well-draining compost and scatter all seeds evenly across the surface. Lightly press them into the soil and cover with a thin layer of compost or vermiculite. Keep the tray in a, warm spot and mist gently to keep the surface moist until germination.

Growing info

Once seedlings emerge, ensure they get plenty of light. Maintain consistent moisture without waterlogging. In just 14–21 days, your microgreens will be ready to harvest, snip at soil level and enjoy their crisp, peppery flavour straight onto salads or sandwiches.
