Celeriac ‘Brilliant’ is an heirloom celeriac variety that lives up to its name, with smooth, creamy-white roots that retain their colour when cooked. Perfect for roasting, mashing, or adding to soups and stews, this versatile vegetable is ideal for autumn and winter harvests. Sow celeriac seeds indoors in early spring, then transplant seedlings into fertile, well-drained soil with full sun, protecting young plants with a mulch or cover if needed. Cold-hardy and long-lasting, ‘Brilliant’ can be overwintered in the ground or harvested and stored for months, making it a reliable and delicious winter crop for your garden.
