Purple Sprouting Broccoli Rudolph

A tasty, extra-early variety this purple sprouting broccoli will provide you with a harvest as early as October if grown under cover. This heirloom gets its name ‘Rudolph’ is due to the fact that it can be ready just in time to join your Christmas plate. Its large spears have deep purple heads and there are plenty of them!

Carrot Atomic Red

This fabulous carrot is the deepest orange/red when harvested and becomes a deeper red when you cook it. The red colour comes from lycopene which is also what makes tomatoes red. A main crop heirloom variety, it produces long tapered roots with a mild, sweet flavour.

French Bean Firetongue

An Italian classic heirloom borlotti with red and white firey-looking pods, Firetongue beans are one of the most attractive beans as they grow, it’s almost a shame to pick them! But when you do, you can enjoy an incredibly versatile bean which can be eaten fresh (steaming helps preserve the colour), or dried as a delicious and nutritious addition to a winter casserole, soup or stew.

Beetroot Red Toad

The oldest heirloom beetroot still in existence, estimated to be a 1,000 year old variety. Like its name sake, it has a rough skin resembling tree bark making it hardy and great for storing. Once peeled they are as tender and delicious as you'd expect from beetroot.

Mustard Red Lace

Red Lace mustard is a wonderful addition to your salad bowl, contributing visually with darkest red serrated leaves or in taste with the sweet mustard flavour. A hard working, frost hardy heirloom, it will produce lots of leaves and makes a great cut and come again crop. Can be grown in spring but ideal grown as a winter leaf.

Brilliantly named, this lettuce really does add an outredgeously good splash of colour to your salads.The bright maroon leaves of this romaine heirloom variety are truly standout and deliver a crunchy texture and sweet flavour. In August of 2015, Outredgeous became the first vegetable to be grown and eaten on the International Space Station, an out of this world lettuce!

If you would like to return your seeds, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them. All seed packs must be returned fully sealed and in their original packaging and state. When we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 working days if the packs are in good order.

Returns postage cost must be paid for yourself.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to germination issues because there are too many variables involved in growing. We carefully monitor our germination rates to offer the highest quality seeds possible to our customers.
