Refund and Returns Policy

We very much hope you’re happy with your seed order. If we have made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we are very happy to help. Email [email protected].

If you would like to return your seeds, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them. All seed packs must be returned fully sealed and in their original packaging and state. When we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 working days if the packs are in good order once received.

Returns postage cost must be paid for yourself.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to germination issues because there are too many variables involved in growing. We carefully monitor our germination rates to offer the highest quality seeds possible to our customers.

Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Tickets to courses and events are non-refundable . They may be transferred into a different name.

Chelsea Flower Show Competition T+Cs

Entries restricted to just one per person. Winner will be chosen at random from all entries received before 5pm on the 31st July 2024. £250 voucher prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash equivalent. Winner will be notified by email before 7th August 2024 and must respond within 28 days to receive their prize.
