Organic Beetroot Albina Vereduna

Organic Beetroot Albina Vereduna

This striking white variety brings something a little different to the vegetable patch. Its sweet, creamy flesh won’t stain your hands or plates, making it perfect alongside fish or poultry, and its flavour is wonderfully subtle yet rich, far surpassing most red beets. The wavy, curved leaves are packed with vitamins and can be cooked like spinach, giving you a double harvest of delicious, versatile greens and roots straight from the garden.
