Surprisingly this herb is part of the Parsley Family. This variety is unusual for its fine foliage resembling carrot tops, yet it has all of the delicious scent and flavour of standard large leafed coriander. A fantastic addition to Asian cooking and can also be harvested for seed to use as a spice.

Sow indoors around 6 weeks before you plant out or directly outdoors after the last frost. Germination takes 7-14 days depending on temperature. These do not like being disturbed so be careful when you transplant not to disturb the roots.
Harden off before planting out seedlings raised under-cover. Plants should ideally be spaced 20-25cm apart. If growing for leaves, remove all flower sprouts as soon as they appear to prolong harvest. If growing for seed, allow it to flower. Can be grown year round indoors on a sunny windowsill.
