Sowing Instructions

Best sown direct from mid summer onwards in a sunny position. Germination will usually take 5 to 7 days. Sow at a depth of 1cm in shallow drills and keep moist. Protect young seedlings from birds.

Growing Instructions

As roots swell, harvest the largest roots to allow more room for others to grow larger. Succession sowing every 2-4 weeks will ensure a continual supply. Will not perform well in Spring/Summer as prone to bolting
