Green Flower Seeds

True to its name, this heirloom sunflower is a whopper! It can grow up to 4 metres tall and the flower head can grow to 45cm, making it the largest sunflower around. Try eating the unopened flower buds like globe artichoke, roast the heads like corn on the cob or make the most of the huge harvest of very large seeds.
