Growing Information

Sowing info

Soak Parsley Pea seeds in water for 8–12 hours (up to 24 hours is fine, but not longer) to soften the shells and speed up germination. Spread the seeds densely across the surface of peat free compost or coir and cover with a thin 1-2 cm layer. Can also be grown on soil free microgreen mats.

Growing info

Keep the tray in a warm spot until germination, which usually takes 3-5 days. Once the shoots appear, move them to bright, indirect light. Microgreens are ready to harvest in 14 – 21 days, when 10-15 cm tall; snip just above the first leaves to encourage a second or even third cut.
