  • Sunflower Titan

A She Grows Veg favourite, this heirloom giant reliably grows to a startling size. Heads easily reach 45cm across. Harvest the single flower head for the copious amounts of seed to grow microgreens.

  • Cucumber Dragons Egg

This heirloom cucumber from Croatia produces cream coloured fruits that look just like perfect white eggs. Best enjoyed peeled, the thicker skin of this unusual heirloom makes it great for storing. Take a bite and you’ll find a tasty, refreshing flavour.

  • Dwarf Pea Tom Thumb

Called Tom Thumb because of its compact growth habit, reaching no more than 20cm in height, it is perfect for containers or window boxes. The heirloom pea might be small in stature but the peas are anything but, with 6 to 8 sweet and tender peas per pod.

  • Carrot Atomic Red

This fabulous carrot is the deepest orange/red when harvested and becomes a deeper red when you cook it. The red colour comes from lycopene which is also what makes tomatoes red. A main crop heirloom variety, it produces long tapered roots with a mild, sweet flavour.

  • Tomato Redcurrant

The cutest tomato around, these little jewels unsurprisingly have the appearance of a red currant and are similar in size. An early ripening heirloom, they pack a punch in the flavour department with an intense sweet, yet tart flavour. More closely related to wild tomatoes, these plants sprawl or climb and need no pruning.
