Sow onto the surface of moist, well-drained seed compost. Press seeds lightly into the surface but do not cover — light aids germination. Keep at around 20°C, germination takes 10–20 days. Pot on seedlings as necessary. Harden off gradually before planting out after last frost, spaced around 30cm apart.
Water regularly until established. Deadhead faded blooms to prolong flowering. Flowers are long-lasting in the vase and look stunning fresh or dried. Final height 60cm.
