Our mission is to help as many people as possible to grow their own food. We want EVERYONE to have the chance to do this, so we are working with two fantastic charities to help make this happen.
Seeds for growth are a registered charity advancing the quality of life for disadvantaged communities. They launched in London’s East End and are now reaching out to many London boroughs with ambitions to establish their gardens UK-wide. They support social housing estate tenants to create and enjoy their own community gardens. They plan to launch 600 UK-wide annually and we will be right behind them!
We will be donating our entire Chelsea exhibit to the charity where it will be rehomed to their green spaces and produce donated to their foodbanks.
She Grows Veg will be supporting the charity by providing 800,000 seeds to social housing developments via their residents associations. This will support their wonderful communities in growing food in their green spaces which will help with the residents’ wellbeing, nutrition and food security. Not only that, residents will have access to our library of growing education.
In 2025 we will be running an exciting growing event with Seeds For Growth, inviting members of each community to it to learn much more about growing.

Suffolk Mind is a mental health charity based in our home county of Suffolk, that provides support and services to improve mental wellbeing in the local community. They operate under the belief that mental health exists on a spectrum and everyone has mental health needs that must be met. The organisation offers various services including counselling, peer support groups, education programs about mental health, and workplace wellbeing training. They work to both support people experiencing mental health difficulties and to prevent mental health problems by helping people understand and meet their emotional needs. The charity also advocates for better mental health services and works to reduce stigma around mental health issues in Suffolk.
We are proud to be supporting their fantastic GreenCare initiative, providing seeds to their 4 allotment sites. Their allotments are safe spaces for people to tackle their mental health challenges and become absorbed in the wellbeing benefits that growing offers.
“She Grows Veg are donating the seeds for all of our GreenCare wellbeing allotment spaces for 2025! We can’t thank them enough. Growing veg in our allotment spaces enhances the wellbeing of so many of the people we help in Suffolk.” – Suffolk Mind Charity
